Who we are
People have a lot of opinions about what church is all about. We make it really simple - we are all about Jesus. Whether you have been a follower of Jesus for years or are investigating Him for the first time, High Street is the place for you. Our hope is that through everything we do you'll be drawn to Jesus! Visit us this weekend and experience High Street for yourself.
Stepping into an unfamiliar church for the first time can be a little intimidating and maybe even a bit overwhelming. When you visit High Street, you can expect to feel welcomed and accepted. Like most people, you probably have some questions about what your experience at High Street will be like so we have tried to answer some of them for you.
Every service at High Street is specifically designed to provide you with an encouraging worship experience. Each service includes a time of worshipping the Lord through exciting, biblical songs and a practical Bible message by Pastor Mainous. Each service is approximately one hour in length.
Here at High Street, we love families! Starting with excellent nurseries, there is something special for every child. During every service there are safe, clean, and highly staffed nurseries for children two years old and under. Children three years old through sixth grade experience fun, friendly, and Bible-centered classes. These classes are staffed with trained, friendly, and well-qualified teachers and helpers who will make church exciting and memorable for your child. Our greeters and ushers are located in the lobby of the main worship center as well as around campus and will gladly help direct and even escort you to the right classrooms.
There is not a dress code at High Street for members or guests. Our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in traditional “Sunday” dress; however, we want you to feel welcome and comfortable during your visit however you choose to dress!
