Mountain Life Church is an authentic Christian community that exists to bring people into a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ and develop in them a heart full of passion for God and compassion for people. We exist to advance God’s kingdom in Park City, our region and the world by multiplying fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

At Mountain Life, you’ll notice a casual atmosphere and people of all ages and backgrounds including young families with children and single adults. Both Sunday morning services together average an attendance of 700.

We are all at different stages in our faith walk, and hope that you will join us in this journey as we grow in our love and knowledge of Christ. We realize that people are searching for God and a more meaningful life in an increasingly more complex world. We give people room to explore without pressure to join, and to see God at work in our community and in our lives.

Scott came to Park City from Minnesota with his amazing wife Jeanne back in 1993 as the first full-time pastor of Mountain Life, which was then an emerging new church. To say that Scott loves people would be a huge understatement. He enjoys getting to know people and discovering how God is at work in their life. He is fully convinced that God’s Word is as relevant to our lives today as when it was first written. In his free time Scott enjoys golfing, cheering for the Utah Jazz, hiking in the mountains with Jeanne, sipping a cup of tea, grilling steaks out back, enjoying his grandkids, traveling to relaxing destinations and finding good deals.

We have a special Easter Sunday service prepared for you and your family. We have 4 services available, as well as an online live stream. A spanish service is available at 10:45am, and Kids ministry is available at the 9am and 10:45am services (space is limited). RSVP's are required so that we can prepare a safe environment for you and your family.

Mountain Life Kids exists to partner with parents as we raise up the Next Generation of fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Your kids will discover a safe, fun environment where they’ll experience the love of Jesus as they learn God’s Word.

Our Story

Mountain Life Church began in the summer of 1992 with four families who saw a need for a solid, Bible-teaching church in the greater Park City area. Their humble beginnings led them to rent space at Carden Christian Academy (now Park City Day School) to meet for Sunday services. After a year of meeting together, the church hired Pastor Scott Fine to lead Mountain Life as its first full-time pastor. After meeting in rented space for 10 years, Mountain Life built and moved into our current facility on Silver Creek Road in January 2002.

The church has grown in many ways since our humble beginnings as a small core group in 1992.

• We have a diverse and talented team of full- and part-time staff.

• On any give weekend, our attendance is 700+ and we’re still growing!

• We have fun and exciting Kids and Student Ministries teaching the next generation about Jesus.

• We have more than 30 adult Life Groups helping us grow spiritually, care for each other and have a Kingdom impact.

• We support 9 missionaries/agencies and have global partnerships with organizations in Haiti, Indonesia, South Africa and Nepal.

• We regularly send short-term mission teams all around the world to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

• We are on mission to advance God’s kingdom in Park City, our region and the world by multiplying fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
