St Michael & All Angels Mill Hill Service Times

Parish Eucharist
Sung Parish Eucharist - the main service of the week.
During the first half of the service a thriving Children's Church is provided in the Church Hall for youngsters of primary school age. The children return at the Peace and we all gather for the remainder of our service.
St Michael's Choir has a wide repertoire of mass settings. On most Sundays the choir also sings an anthem at Communion. Our Hymns are taken from The New English Hymnal.
A short sermon is preached.
Every second fourth fifth and last Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour

Sunday
Said Morning Prayer
Come and join us bright and early in St Michael's Lady (Chapel) as we thank God for the gift of each new day. The service is made up almost entirely from scripture.
We say psalms and canticles, listen to scripture readings and offer intercessions for the church, the world, our local community. We also remember by name those who suffer in body, mind or spirit the recently departed and those whose died around the date that we are meeting in years gone by.
This service IS accessible and is open to all! There are no weird books to navigate. You won't have to try and find your way around an obscure or dusty prayer book. All materials for each day are pre-arranged in an easier to follow booklet. No ribbons or book marks are required!
This is a similar service to that which is offered in religious communities all over the world . It unites us with Christians who are all praying the same psalms are reading the same portions of scripture each day. Morning Prayer strengths our local church and encourages our fellowship. When two or three are gathered together in Christ's name He tells us that He is in our the midst! Can you make time for this service one morning a month?
Every Sunday at 7:30 AM for ½ hour
Holy Communion
Book of Common Prayer - Traditional Language
Every Sunday at 8:00 AM for ½ hour

Sung Parish Eucharist - the main service of the week.
On the first Sunday of every month there our worship is particularly accessible to the youngest members of our church.
The sermon is fun and fully interactive and particularly aimed at primary school age children.
We worship using modern vibrant hymns and occasional "action" songs!
Overall this is a much shorter act of Sunday worship never lasting more than an hour!
Every first Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour
Traditional Parish Eucharist
On the third Sunday of every month our Parish Eucharist follows the traditional setting according to the Book of Common Prayer.
