Who we are
St. Peter's Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. "Evangelical" means "Good News," and it is our mission and ministry to share the "Good News" of God's love for all creation through Jesus Christ by our words and actions.
Our Mission Statement is "Walking with Jesus, Sharing God's Love."
St. Peter's Lutheran Church is in a shared ministry partnership with Faith Lutheran Church, Logansport.
Every 5th Sunday we share joint worship at 9am--the location alternates.

Pastor Marissa graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Communication and Leadership from the University of Florida in 2012. After serving as a peer minister in Lutheran Campus Ministry at UF and working as a camp counselor at Lutheridge Camp in Arden, NC, she discerned a call to ministry. In 2016, she earned her Master of Divinity degree from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. She has been serving as pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran and Faith Lutheran since September of 2016. She lives in Flora with her husband, Trey, and their two pets, Jake and Jasper.
