Who we are
Welcome to The Parish of Fenelon Falls and Coboconk, a community of churches in the beautiful Kawartha Lakes region of central Ontario. We are communities of people learning to follow Jesus, seeking to understand and serve the needs of our neighbours. We welcome everyone, because God's love is for all.
Our Parish encompasses 4 historic church buildings.
You'll find a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere at St. James Fenelon Falls and Christ Church Coboconk all year round. We worship in the Anglican tradition using the Book of Alternative Services and most Sundays we celebrate the Eucharist. Children are welcome and included. Our leaflets provide you with the complete service so that you don't have to worry about juggling books. Just come as you are and plan to stay afterwards for a time of fellowship over coffee and treats in the parish hall.
Christ Church Coboconk worships at 9 am on Sundays for Holy Eucharist, and meets for a service of Morning Prayer at 11 am, on Wednesdays with communal lunch following. You would be most welcome to join us. Christ Church holds a pancake breakfast on the Saturday morning of each long weekend throughout the summer.
St. James' Fenelon Falls worships at 11 am on Sundays, and there is a Sunday School program at the same time. BCP Morning prayer or Holy Eucharist is said on Tuesdays at 11 am, with communal lunch following. This is a quiet, meditative time of worship, designed as a restful break from a busy day Evening Prayer is offered every Thursday at 7 pm except during the summer months.
St. John's Rosedale offers BCP morning prayer at 9 am throughout July and August.
St. Thomas, Balsam Lake is a chapel of Ease of Christ Church Coboconk. Decoration Day is the last sunday in June and there is a Christmas Eve service in this historic church.

meets at 11 am on Sunday morning and a children's program is available during the service time, September to June. We also meet at 10 am on Tuesdays for quiet prayer and reflection. Stay for muffins and coffee. To find us, turn onto Bond Street East at the old movie theatre, in downtown Fenelon Falls.

In the village of Rosedale, turn onto Baker Road, and then Lamb's lane and look for the green and white church.
A service of BCP (traditional language) morning prayer, at 9 am. July and August only.
