Who we are
The Victory Outreach International Church England (The VOICE) is primarily a School of International Ministry. God sends us young fledgling ministries which He identifies and we train and nurture, then He releases. All members are expected to serve in The VOICE in some capacity. Our emphasis is "eyes off self and on to Jesus".
