In late November, 1968, 20 farsighted men from three Lutheran Churches met to discuss the feasibility of a merger.
After many meetings, much discussion and a lot of prayer, the congregations of Our Savior's, First English, and Grace Lutheran officially amalgamated on May 17, 1070.
