Who we are
We’re a Christian church in the centre of Woking, with a passion to see life transformed through Jesus.
We have a history stretching back to 1879, and our name reflects our vision to be a church that anyone can belong to, no matter your background, class, race or ethnicity. All welcome, just come as you are.
We hold two meetings each Sunday (9am and 11am) and both meetings are relaxed and suitable for all ages, and all sorts of people. Just come as you are and enjoy being with us.

The Welcome Church building is found at the corner of Church Stret West and Oaks Road in Woking.
Parking
We have a small car park behind our building (down Oaks Road) but this is reserved for disabled users or those with considerable mobility difficulties.
We are very grateful to Woking Borough Council for allowing us to use The Shoppers Car Park free of charge on Sunday Mornings. Our Welcome team will be happy to show you how to validate your parking in our building.

Welcome Church Woking Service Times
The first step for many people exploring our church is to join us on a Sunday morning. A warm welcome awaits you - it matters that you're here.
We meet every Sunday at 9am and 11am at our building in the centre of Woking. If you can't attend in-person, you're welcome to join us online. Our meetings start with a time of contemporary worship, followed by inspiring bible teaching & prayer ministry. Before and after each meeting we serve free tea, coffee & pastries, and we love meeting new people.
Our meetings are relaxed, engaging, and include fantastic groups for kids and youth, from ages 0-14. There’s no need to dress up, just come as you are.

Special Needs/Accessibility:
You can travel from the car park directly into the chapel, or from the front entrance into the building one level without any steps. However, as you enter the chapel from the Welcome Lounge there are a few steps or a lift that can be used.
For parents, there is plenty of space to either have your pushchair with you or you can 'park' it in a space at the back if you prefer.
If you are struggling to walk from the car park to the meeting room, please let our Car Park Team know and they will be happy to assist you.
