Who we are
We are a Bible believing Baptist Church which meets for worship and fellowship at the Community Centre in Whitley Wood, South Reading, Berkshire.
We warmly invite all visitors to come along to our meetings.
Whitley Wood Reformed Baptist Church is a pioneer church situated in Reading, Berkshire in South England.
The church began in the early 1990s when a small group of evangelical Christians of like mind began to worship together in the area. The church was formally constituted in 1994.
It is an independent, evangelical, non-charismatic church where the worship is reverent and Bible based. The church is multi-cultural and welcomes people of all nationalities. We also have access and facilities for the disabled (including those in wheelchairs).

There is a direct bus service from the Reading Train Station and there is a bus stop right outside the Whitley Wood Community Centre (No 6 only).
No 6 - On Sunday this service leaves Reading Station on the hour, every hour and takes about 17 minutes to reach the Community Centre.
No 9 - On Sunday this service leaves Reading Station at half past the hour, every hour and takes 20 minutes to reach the roundabout (Engineer’s Court) near the Community Centre.

The nearest mainline station is in Reading Town Centre. Trains stop in Reading from the London Paddington to Bristol main line, the service from Guildford and the stopping service from Clapham Junction. Bus stops are immediately outside the station exit.
