Who we are
Grace Point is a Christian community church dedicated to loving and serving Jesus Christ. We are a Church of the Nazarene, which is a protestant and holiness Christian denomination. More so, we are a part of the universal body of Christ, the fellowship of all who believe in the saving blood of Jesus.
We invite anyone and everyone to join our family. Our church has a strong focus on ministering to our community with the love of God. We provide special opportunities for our community to gather at our church, and also go into our community to serve others. We also seek to provide discipleship and fellowship opportunities for kids, teens, and adults of all ages.
As one family, we focus on Jesus and seek to bring others into the fellowship!
The mission of Grace Point is to serve Albany with the love of Christ.

Love Bridges
Monthly Community Projects
Love Bridges are how we at Grace Point serve and love our community. Each month we provide a way for our church to go out into the city of Albany (or invite them to our campus) and show Christ by simply serving and loving the people of our city.
Examples of our Love Bridges are gathering and distributing winter blankets and jackets to those in need, picking up trash and handing out cookies to downtown businesses, giving gifts to teachers at the beginning of the school year, passing out hot cider at parades, providing gift baskets to nursing stations, and many more!
Love Bridges are available every month and are open for everyone to join, from kids to adults!

Adult Bible Study
Our adult Bible study, led by Pastor Tanner and Pastor Brent, is designed to teach and disciple while relating the Word to our daily lives. The Bible study is designed to be both a continual series (working through books of the Bible) and stand-alone lessons at the same time, so adults can attend regardless if they have missed a week or not attended before. This study meets in the Fireside Room just off the foyer.

I want to know Thee
Father, I want to know Thee, but my coward heart fears to give up its toys. I cannot part with them without inward bleeding, and I do not try to hide from Thee the terror of the parting. I come trembling, but I do come. Please root from my heart all those things which I have cherished so long and which have become a very part of my living self, so that Thou mayest enter and dwell there without a rival. Then shalt Thou make the place of Thy feet glorious. Then shall my heart have no need of the sun to shine in it, for Thyself wilt be the light of it, and there shall be no night there. In Jesus Name, Amen.
