Who we are
Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to become and lead others to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
What We Teach
The Scriptures
Origin The Bible is the written revelation of God made up of the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments. The Word of God is an objective (Exodus 17:14), propositional revelation (1 Thessalonians 2:13), every word inspired by God (2 Timothy 3:16) and in the original documents absolutely inerrant and infallible (Isaiah 40:8).
Infallibility The Bible constitutes the only infallible rule of faith and practice given to mankind (Matthew 5:18; John 10:35, 16:12-23, 17:17; 1 Corinthians 2:3-13; 2 Timothy 3:15-17; Hebrews 4:12; 2 Peter 1:20-21, 3:15-17).
Inspiration God gave His written Word through a process of dual authorship in which the Holy Spirit so superintended the human authors that through their individual personalities and different styles of writing they composed and recorded God’s Word to mankind (2 Peter 1:20-21, 3:15-16) without error in whole or in part (Isaiah 30:8, 40:8; Matthew 5:18; 2 Timothy 3:16).
Interpretation While there may be several applications to any given passage of Scripture, there is but one interpretation which is to be found as one diligently applies the grammatical-historical (literal/normal) method of interpretation under the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit (John 7:17, 16:12-15; 1 Corinthians 2:7-15; 1 John 2:20).
Our mission is to become and lead others to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
