Lunch and afternoon activities provided to the Elders in our Parish to encourage healthy eating and networking. Transport is provided as necessary.
Tuesday at 12:00 PM for 3 hours
Bible Study
A time to come together in an informal setting to seek what God is saying to us through the study of His word. Refreshments are served.
Tuesday at 7:30 PM for 1½ hours
Wednesday
Sunflowers Toddler Group
All those with pre-school children are welcome to join in with fun and games, craft, music, dancing and singing and storytelling. Snacks are served also (for children and grown ups). And it's FREE.
Wednesday at 1:30 PM for 1½ hours
Thursday
Elders Lunch and Activities
Lunch and afternoon activities provided to the Elders in our Parish to encourage healthy eating and networking. Transport is provided as necessary.
Thursday at 12:00 PM for 3 hours
Friday
Friday Night@Ascension
At our youth club, we seek to offer young people a safe space to come and have fun. We aim to provide a variety of games and activities and build friendships with all who attend, because we believe that good youth work starts with good relationships.
Our regular activities include a mini Olympics competition every half term, pool, table tennis, cooking and more than a few evenings where food is a major factor!
Friday at 6:00 PM for 2 hours
Saturday
Ascension Football Academy
Every Saturday 10.00am-11.30am, we meet at King George V park with children from Reception age to Yr11. FA Youth coaches provide training in soccer skills among many other things. Link to our website for further details.
