Who we are
We meet every Sunday morning from 10.30 am to 12 noon for our Main Meeting.
This is preceded at 09.30 am by a short prayer meeting and followed by refreshments.
The Main Meeting caters for all ages, and regularly includes a 5 minute spot for young children. Children and young people attend their own groups for the second part of the Service. A Family Service is held monthly. After a time of Worship on Sunday mornings, babies and children up to 3 ½ years of age can, if required, attend the Crèche. Parents and CRB checked workers care for babies and young children in this Group, where they can play with toys, listen to a story, dance to music or just have a little snooze. The Sunday school caters for ages 3 ½ to 13 years where children can learn more about God in a creative and interesting way.
Our Youth Group is for young people aged 13 to 18 years. The group meets to discuss what it means to live for God today and share life’s concerns and aspirations with those of a similar age. Young Peoples Meeting
Wednesday night 7.30pm
If you are in Year 9 or higher at school, or you have left school but you aren't 18 yet, this is a chance to meet and engage with God midweek. We have leaders to challenge and inspire you, as well as teach form the Bible and be there to encourage you. We always ensure we have a laughter filled evening and as a group support one another in prayer and friendship.
We aim to equip young people with Bible knowledge and a want to encourage them to be passionate about Jesus and live for him.
The Young Peoples Meeting at CCF is a place where you can be yourself, relax with others your own age and learn more about what is means to be a Christian in todays world. It is a friendly and welcoming group and we love meeting new people.

I want to know Thee
Father, I want to know Thee, but my coward heart fears to give up its toys. I cannot part with them without inward bleeding, and I do not try to hide from Thee the terror of the parting. I come trembling, but I do come. Please root from my heart all those things which I have cherished so long and which have become a very part of my living self, so that Thou mayest enter and dwell there without a rival. Then shalt Thou make the place of Thy feet glorious. Then shall my heart have no need of the sun to shine in it, for Thyself wilt be the light of it, and there shall be no night there. In Jesus Name, Amen.
