Leader Bio:
Pastor Dale is known for his relevant teaching style, focused on practical application in everyday life. His messages are broadcast on radio and television. He is also the author of several books, devotionals, and group study guides. Pastor Dale founded Church of the Redeemer in 1986. He is a frequent conference speaker who has a passion for leadership development and church growth by equipping and encouraging pastors and church leaders. This fervent desire led him to be a key founder of United Pastors Network. Pastor Dale and his wife Terry have two married daughters and seven grandchildren.

Lord, teach me to listen.
The times are noisy and my ears are weary with the thousand raucous sounds which continuously assault them. Give me the spirit of the boy Samuel when he said to Thee, "Speak, for Thy servant heareth." Let me hear Thee speaking in my heart. Let me get used to the sound of Thy voice, that its tones may be familiar when the sounds of earth die away and the only sound will be the music of Thy speaking. Amen.
