The United Methodist Church was formed with the merger of the Methodist Church and the Evangelical United Brethren Church in 1968. United Methodists trace their spiritual heritage back to 18th-century evangelical leaders John and Charles Wesley, Jacob Albright and Philip William Otterbein. Sharing God’s Gifts
United Methodists have believed, from the beginning, that each of us is called to participate in the outreaching ministry of Jesus Christ. For more than 200 years, The United Methodist Church and its predecessors have worked to help the poor, the sick, the orphaned, the aging, the oppressed and the imprisoned. Our church participates in the struggles of women, people with physical and mental challenges, and racial and ethnic minority persons, helping them to attain equity and equality in the church and society through responsible social action.

Sunday morning worship service times
8:00am - traditional worship with communion each week.
Our prayer minister is available after the service in the prayer room off the sanctuary.
9:30am - traditional worship with communion the first Sunday of each month.
Nursery care is available for ages 6 weeks - 2 years old in room 11
Children’s church and Sunday school is available. Please drop off children ages 3 years - 5th grade in Down’s Hall for children’s church at 9:30am. After the completion of children’s church, the children go to their classrooms by grade level for Sunday school. Please sign out your children in their classroom.
Adult Sunday school is available.
Our prayer minister is available after the service in the prayer room off the sanctuary.
11:00am - contemporary worship with communion the first Sunday of each month.
Nursery care is available for ages 6 weeks - 2 years old in room 11
Children’s Sunday school is available for children ages 3 years - 5th grade. Please bring your children with you into the sanctuary. The children will be dismissed to their classroom during the worship service. Please sign out your children in their classroom.
Wednesday night - 6:15pm - Small setting service that features acoustic music and its own seperate sermon by Pastor Devereaux. This is the most relaxed and non traditional of our services and is continuing to grow with a young adult focus.
