Leader Bio:
I am a native of Zimbabwe, born and raised in the beautiful Eastern highland’s city of Mutare. As a child I was dedicated and attended my neighboured Florida SDA church where I was aptly groomed for ministry as a pathfinder from a young and tender age. I gave my life fully to the Lord in 2001 and was baptised in my home church. I later moved to the Midlands of the country to study for my A-levels at the local flagship Anderson Adventist high School. Thereafter I moved to the city of Bulawayo in the South-Western part of Zimbabwe to begin training for pastoral ministry at the historic Solusi Adventist University.
During my years at Solusi I enjoyed serving the Ndebele and multicultural West Zimbabwe Conference Churches. I later transferred to Helderberg College of Higher Education in Cape Town South Africa where I graduated with a BA Theology degree. During my years of study, I had further practical experience interacting with the local Xhosa, Coloured and Afrikaans Churches. As a boy preacher to date nothing gives me greater joy than church ministry, I have enjoyed using my spiritual gifts numerous times in different parts of the world as a camp meeting speaker, conducting weeks of prayer, evangelistic campaigns and in general teaching and preaching appointments, all by the Lord’s grace and for His glory.
In 2007 I met my wife in Durban South Africa and after a few years of a wonderful courtship we married in October 2010. Langa is also a native of Zimbabwe from the city of Bulawayo. We then served the Indian churches as an evangelist in the Verulam, Tongaat and Phoenix areas of Durban amongst many other conference speaking appointments. In 2014 we received a call from the Cape Conference to take up a post on the Island of St Helena, a British Overseas Territory located in the South Atlantic Ocean. St Helena is a place of great memories. In the same year of 2014, we were blessed with our first child Paula, in 2019 I was also privileged to be ordained at the St Helena SDA Church. In 2020 we were blessed with our second child Ryan. I also furthered my studies while on St Helena by obtaining a BA Honours degree and a Master of Theology degree. We then left the scenic sub-tropical St Helena in 2022 after having served the church faithfully for almost eight years, it is certainly a place we still fondly call home.
In October of 2022 I was then invited by the North England Conference to serve the churches in the Northeast, where I am currently based. I envision a simple ministry based on a dual strand of unity and service. United in a steadfast relationship with Christ and united in loving relationships with one another. This type of unity will be a springboard to service of nurture and service of evangelism.
Maranatha – Jesus is coming again! Â

Open our ears to hear
Blessed Lord, open our ears to hear what Thou speakest and our eyes to see as Thou seest. Give us hearts to beat in sympathy with Thine at the sight of every little child; and above all, our Lord, to understand and experience how surely and how blessedly Thou fulfilest Thy promise, "Whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me."
