The Scriptures are our authority and guide in life in every area they speak to. Most importantly they reveal the truth of the Gospel (the good news): that the just and gracious Creator of the universe has looked upon hopelessly sinful men and women and sent His Son, Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, to bear His wrath against sin on the cross and to show His power over sin in the resurrection so that everyone who turns from their sin and themselves and trusts in Jesus as Savior and Lord will be reconciled to God forever

Leader Bio:
Pastor John Endriss (after 20 years and four children) is still happily married to his college bride Jennifer. Their children are Anavah, Clara, Kaliyah, and Stephen. John and Jennifer have done foster care in their home for several years, and have a passion to see healthy families fulfill their important God-given purpose.
John also has a calling to reach college students and young people. He has been on the UH Hilo campus for 20+ years, helping them through one of the most crucial times of life and pointing them to Christ. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, traveling and outdoor adventures, including snorkeling in the Pacific Ocean and spearing innocent fish to put on the table for his family.
John also has a calling to reach college students and young people. We would love to meet you at one of our Sunday services. We currently offer two similar experiences at two different times
• Sundays, 4:30pm at 1815 Kino'ole Street (corner of Kino'ole & Puainako) includes kidsChurch for families
• Sundays, 6:30pm (We used to meet on the UHH campus, but our 2nd service is currently meeting at the same location as our 1st)
