Who we are
Glen Haven Baptist Church was organized in 1947 as a conservative Southern Baptist Church. For over 60 years, the church has been uncompromising in its belief in the inerrancy of the Bible and salvation througth faith in Jesus Christ alone. Our church was founded by Randy Hardeman, who served as our Pastor for 36 years. Our Pastor Emeritus, Ralph Easterwood and his wife, Gwen, met and married at Glen Haven. Bro Ralph served as Associate Pastor from 1967 to 1983 and as Senior Pastor from 1983 to 2010, and continues to serve as a Sunday School teacher today.
Senior Pastor Stan Berrong is leading Glen Haven into the future. He is a graduate of Liberty University, and has served as a Senior Pastor in Ft Myers, FL, as well as, serving in Virginia while at Liberty. Pastor Stan served on the staff of Glen Haven in various roles from 1986 to August 2010, when he became the Senior Pastor. Through his dependence on God, the hard work of our staff, and support of our church members he continues to lead our church to reach this Henry County community. Our Ministerial staff includes Pastor of Young Adults, Warren Green, Pastor of Student Ministries, Brady Howard, Middle school Pastor, Dustin Toumbleston, Director of Music Ministries, Angela Skelton, and Director of Children's Ministries, Kelley Myers.
The church family at Glen Haven would like to invite you to join us for a service in our new worship center which opended on September 27th, 2015. God continues to bless our church in amazing ways, and we are grateful for His presence in the lives of our people. Come see who the excitement is really about!

Sunday Morning Schedule
Sunday School: 9:45am (classes for all children K-5 to 5th Grade, Middle School, High School, College/Young Adults, Young Couples, Ladies, 30's, 40's & 50's, and 60's, and senior adults are offered at this time)
Morning Worship Services: 8:15 and 10:45am (Children's Church is available for K-5 to 5th Grade at both times)
Evening Worship
The Sunday evening worship service meets in the main sanctuary; it begins at 6:00 pm and ends by 7:30 pm
AWANA also meets during the evening worship service which begins at 5:30 pm and ends at 7:30 pm
Wednesday Worship Services
Adult Worship
The adult worship service meets in the main sanctuary and begins at 6:45 and ends at 7:45. Discipleship classes meet during this time also.
Youth Worship
The middle school and high school worship service is in the youth room and it begins at 6:45 pm and ends at 8:00 pm
Kids Choir
The kids choirs also meet during these worship services; they begin at 6:30 pm and end at 7:45 pm
