Who we are
Whether you have never been to church, you’ve been hundreds of times, or you are returning from a long absence, we invite you to get acquainted with Harefield and, more importantly, to get connected with Christ
Visiting a church for the first time can be an interesting experience, and Harefield Church is no different. Harefield is a multicultural church with all ages from infant to elderly. We want to make your first visit comfortable where you can relax at church.
We may not take ourselves very seriously but we take God and our worship of Him very seriously. Our worship is live and is led by our worship leaders, musicians and singers. It is contemporary and our messages very biblical, yet relevant to today’s life.
We are an independent church which aims at being non-denominational and we have facilities which have been developed to be used by the community. Our aim is to demonstrate the love of God to people in our local community and across our town of Harlow.
Why are we called ‘Harefield Church’? Because we are built on a Harlow housing estate called ‘Harefield’!
Harefield is a member of the Evangelical Alliance and Heart 4 Harlow.

Harefield Church Service Times
Sunday 11.00am
Tea and coffee served from 10.30am
What better way to start the week, or end it, then by coming together
Sundays are an encouraging, challenging, uplifting and fun place to be, incorporating fellowship, worship, teaching and ministry.
On Sunday mornings everyone is involved in the first part of the meeting before the kids go to their groups.
There will always be an opportunity to be prayed with, or prayed for at the end of our meetings. This could be in response to what God has been saying through the talk, or simply for encouragement and strength for life.
It's been more than 8 years since the last service times update. Please make sure to contact the church to confirm service times.

Grant me, O Lord...
Grant me, O Lord, to know what I ought to know,to love what I ought to love, to praise what delights Thee most, to value what is precious in Thy sight, to hate what is offensive to Thee. Do not suffer me to judge according to the sight of my eyes, nor to pass sentence according to the hearing of the ears of ignorant men; but to discern with a true judgment between things visible and spiritual, and above all, always to inquire what is the good pleasure of Thy will.
