We Exist to teach people around the world how to live out their best life and God given purpose and destiny, by developing an intimate relationship with the person of Jesus Christ and applying Biblical principles to their daily lives.
We’re devoted to building an engaged, passionate, spiritually healthy global community of people that impact their sphere of influence by discovering and living out their true identity in Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
We’re also devoted to engaging and impacting one another and others, believing that Jesus himself set an example of service and that we’ve been given the responsibility to follow it.

A native of South Florida, the youngest of 11 children, a graduate of Bethesda College of Health Sciences, he is known for his prophetic and prolific revelatory teaching that brings believers into a deeper encounter with the Holy Spirit — and releases faith, hope, divine wisdom and practical insight on how to live a supernatural and victorious lifestyle while fulfilling their God-ordained destiny!
Neal has a passion for God that will stir hunger in your heart to go deeper in God.
Neal has been married to his beautiful wife and life partner Judy for 29 years and has two children Jonathan and Jordan Alexis, who are all passionate for God and serves in ministry with him and his wife!
“Pastor Neal” as he is affectionately called, has for over 25 years successfully, coached, pastored, and mentored countless numbers of families, business leaders, educators, Spiritual leaders and normal everyday people into their greatness and God-ordained purpose and destinies.
Pastor Neal, fathers a generation of Planet shakers with a true passion to see them fulfill and enjoy the Kingdom Life.
He along with his wife Judy serve as Founders and lead Pastors of Kingdom Impact Ministries International, an online web campus, as well as fulfilling his secondary calling to Marketplace ministry as a Cardiovascular Assistant.
Pastor Neal lives passionately to serve his generation for God and encourages and coaches on his weekly Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels and blogs at mykimi.org. He is a sought-out speaker throughout the nations of the world.
His God-given vision is to Gather the lost, Equip believers and Send the Church to the nations!
