JESUS- Relationship with Jesus Christ. He is the Center of our lives
John 14:6 “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
UP- We have a relationship with God the Father through Jesus Christ
Matthew 22:37-38 “And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”
LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR
IN- We love and fellowship with those who are in the family of God. We do this often to be encouraged and held accountable to the Gospel we proclaim
John 13:34-35 “ A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
OUT- We love those outside the family of God by SHARING JESUS with them
Matthew 28:18-20 “And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
