Who we are
A congregation of Christians has been meeting at this location since 1937. We are in what was historically the Lincoln Village, home of the Lincoln Mill. The mill has ceased to exist and the village has become a memory of the past, but the Lord's Church continues to thrive.
We strive to be an active group of people, constantly in the service of our Lord. We are active in the community and do what we can to help those around us.

Sunday School / Children and Youth Activities
Under 18s:
Our youth group is quite active. They are lead by Tyler Rosenblum, our youth minister and his wife Ashley. They attend conferences, go on retreats, perform service projects.
Our young people attend Challenge Youth Conference in Pigeon Forge, TN annually. They gain so much from this experience and return with so much enthusiasm.
Our young people also attend Adventures in Ministry (formerly SEC) each year. This summer experience is so uplifting to them.
We charter an American Heritage Girls troop. AHG Troop AL3110 meets at Lincoln Church of Christ. This group of young ladies is active in the community. They help with the benevolence program at Lincoln, and also perform various other service projects each year. The AHG Troop is lead by Pete and Kris Harker. Â

Other activities & ministries
We have an active Jail ministry that presents God's word to the men and women of the Madison County Jail. The Jail ministry is active in the jail several days each week and has a worship service on Sundays for the inmates in the jail.
We have also been blessed with a pair of houses that we use to help transition member of the church from the jail back into society. Members of the church can stay in one of these houses on a short term basis free of charge, to aid them in getting on their feet.
If you have questions about the Jail Ministry, you should contact George Coffell at the church office. Â

Teach me
Teach me, O God, to use all the circumstances of my life to-day that they may bring forth in me the fruits of holiness rather than the fruits of sin. Let me use disappointment as material for patience: Let me use success as material for thankfulness: Let me use suspence as material for perseverance: Let me use danger as material for courage: Let me use reproach as material for longsuffering: Let me use praise as material for humility: Let me use pleasures as material for temperance: Let me use pains as material for endurance.
