Lititz Mennonite is a community where Christ's love meets life's challenges.
The community of Lititz Mennonite Church was established in the town of Lititz in 1903. We are a community of Christ followers in the Anabaptist tradition who partner with other churches to serve the local neighborhood. LititzMC is a community committed to practicing the presence of Christ in the neighborhood through communion, hospitality, daily prayer and living sustain-ably. Our doors are open to all people to join us in worship of Christ our Savior and participate in community; regardless of your faith, background or beliefs.

Rodney Martin and his wife Angie began worshiping at LititzMC in 2000 when Rodney started serving the congregation as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Outreach. In the Fall of 2009 Rodney became the Senior Pastor and in 2018 joined the Bishop oversight team for the Lancaster, Lititz and Mellinger districts of the Lancaster Conference, while also continuing his role as pastor.
Rodney and his wife Angie, were married in August 1999 and have two children, Caitlin and Ethan. The family enjoys trips to New York City, riding bike on rail trails, archery and art galleries. Rodney is an avid mountain biker and gardener. He has a passion for God's Creation and seeking ways to live in peace with nature and people. His vision is for the church to be revitalized as a community embracing younger generations in Christ's work of peacemaking and reconciliation that embraces the neighborhood and Creation. Â

The way, the truth, and the life
Lord Jesus, thou who art the way, the truth, and the life; hear us as we pray for the truth that shall make all free. Teach us that liberty is not only to be loved but also to be lived. Liberty is too precious a thing to be buried in books. It costs too much to be hoarded. Help us see that our liberty is not the right to do as we please, but the opportunity to please to do what is right.
