Leader Bio:
Tim left home at 18 and pursued a career in Insurance Broking in London before going to IBTI Bible College in Sussex to pursue the call of God. There he met Jill who was visiting and they married not long after Tim graduated.
Tim has also ran successful businesses over the years and his passion is to see people debt free and financially independent.
Jill's background is in Child Care, managing nurseries and day care. She has also worked with children in respite care and in hospitals. As well as developing Children's Ministry in the church she also volunteers as a family support worker at Little Miracles, a Charity that supports Families and children with additional needs and life limiting conditions.
Tim and Jill were on team at New Life in Derby for ten years after leaving Bible College and they went on to be Senior Pastors in Witham, Essex before becoming Senior Pastors here in Peterborough.
Tim and Jill have been married since 1992 and have three children, Bethany who is married to Andrew and lives in Newcastle while Isaac and Ethan still live at home.
Tim likes to watch sport and has the odd round of golf while Jill is a hopeless Christmas addict who celebrates all year long.

History of Peterborough International Christian Centre, Peterborough Cambridgeshire
Assemblies of God was pioneered in Peterborough in the mid 1920’s by Cyril Wilson, his sister Grace and other family members. The church met in various locations in the city including Albert Place, Bridge Street and Geneva Street.
In approximately 1929 Arnold Wilson took the pastorate and served the Lord in that capacity until 1952. During this time, in the mid 1940’s the congregation took a step of faith and acquired a piece of land in Craig Street to build their own place of worship. They opened the church in March 1948. After Pastor Wilson relocated to Newark-on-Trent the church was pastored by Pastor Alexander, Terry Hanford, Eric Holmes, Fred Smeeton, Ken Folkes, Mike Pinsent and George Jackson. David Weeks then led the church from August 1986 until his retirement in 2011, at which time Pastor Tim Bedward-Jones took over the helm.
In 1980 the church took another step of faith and moved from Craig Street to the former PSA (Pleasant Sunday Afternoon) Hall on Lincoln Road, Millfield where PICC still worships today.
Through the years, the fellowship has reached out in many ways – open air ministry, hospital visitation, services at St. John’s hospital and more recently at Hartwell Court and Ashlynn Grange. The charity shop (3.16) in Westwood reached many with the gospel as did the Mums and Toddlers Group which ran for 33 years and the monthly Lunch Club which still continues.
Children’s activities have also been an active part of church life with Sunday Schools at Stanground and Sunshine Corner in Newborough.
Overseas missions have been supported in various parts of the world and in 1977 Jean Minano left Peterborough as amissionary to Spain. Today Sharon Holloway serves the Lord in Uganda for several months each year volunteering with Kids Club Kampala providing hope and love to vulnerable children in the slums of Uganda.
The name of the church changed to Peterborough International Christian Centre (PICC) as people came in from all around the world and the international flavour is still reflected in the church today.
