Leader Bio:
Our leader, Pete grew up in Somerset, whilst our leader, Chris grew up in Surrey. They both trained at Leicester, qualifying, Pete as a Youth Worker, Chris as a PE and RE teacher.
Married with four grown-up children and three grandchildren, they have held leadership positions in a number of churches and have always been involved in children’s and youth work. They have a vision to see revival come to the Blackmore Vale.
Pete loves working on his allotment and enjoys cycling, bowls and billiards.
Chris is keen on sport, keeps fit swimming and walking and enjoys painting.

ReBorne Community Church History
ReBorne burst into life in January 2020 through the merger of Sherborne and Steps, Milborne Port, community churches. Today, we are one church in two locations, a growing family of God’s people from across the Blackmore Vale believing in God’s promise that the best is yet to come!
We are a contemporary, biblically based, spirit filled, non-denominational, inter-generational family church, totally dependent on God and committed to one another.
Our calling is to serve our community, with the passion of Christ doing whatever it takes to see people’s lives changed and transformed by the power of God’s love.
Through this witness we know we will see people of all ages become fully committed followers of Jesus Christ experiencing life in all its fullness.
Whatever your age, background or culture, we hope you will feel at home with us.
