We are fully-committed to serving the people of Torrance and the communities of the South Bay
Restore Church is a Non-Denominational Christian Fellowship with roots in the city of Torrance for over 60 years. It was founded in 1958 by the late Rev. William D. Smith, as the First Pentecostal Church of Torrance.
Though the church’s names and locations have changed over the years, we have had a continuous physical presence in the city of Torrance— from our inception in 1958, to this present day via Houses of Worship and Church Offices.

Leader Bio:
Tim Smith has been the Lead Pastor of Restore Church since 1996. A Torrance native, Tim was actually born and raised in the city of Torrance, attending John Adams Elementary, J.H. Hull Middle School, and Torrance High School.
He then went to Seminary at Christian Life College in Stockton, CA. Tim married his sweetheart, Karlene in 1985 (she also pastors alongside him). They reside in Torrance and have two adult children, Tara and Zachary.
