Second Baptist is a fellowship of people committed to loving Christ, to loving those about us, and to sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. Because of Him, we enjoy a sweet fellowship together. Our congregation has a strong commitment to ministering in Christ’s name. The doors of Second Baptist are always open for you. You are welcome to join us in any of our worship or ministry activities.

Love me, Lord, just for today
Lord, for tomorrow and its needs, I do not pray; Keep me, my God, from stain of sin just for today. Let me both diligently work, And duly pray. Let me be kind in word and deed, Just for today.
