Who we are
We are an independent evangelical church that welcomes Christians from all backgrounds to worship with us. We are affiliated to Christians Together in Nailsea and Evangelical Alliance.
We welcome everyone to join with us in our activities, and accept into membership all those who have received the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord and wish to follow Him in accordance with the teaching of the Bible. The Church is led by a Leadership Team that is responsible to the Lord for the functioning of the church. They are assisted by a small group of church members who support, advise and share in the organisation of day to day church activities.
We practise baptism by immersion and encourage believers who have not already done so to take this step of faith.
The church building is registered for the solemnisation of marriage and we are willing to marry Christian believers. The Church is also willing to conduct a Christian funeral service and/or a thanksgiving service.
The Church is financially self-supporting, although grants have been received from time to time from other Christian organisations for building projects. The Church regularly supports Christian mission and charity in the UK and around the World.
