St Francis of Assisi Service Times
Sunday
Holy Communion
A formal service of Holy Communion with Hymns using liturgy from Common Worship. With practical preaching and teaching.
Every first second fourth and fifth Sunday at 9:15 AM for 1 hour
All Together communion
We all come together to worship - all ages, all welcome!
Every third Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour
Family Friendly
The atmosphere is quite laid back. This runs at the same time as Rock Solid Kids' Church to which any children of school age are welcome. Babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers are welcome to join the grown ups and we always have toys around so that they can have fun! The service itself is quite free-flowing, but you can expect most of the following:
Worship - our worship is led by a band, usually with guitar, bass, drums and singers, with mostly modern music. This service usually begins with 20-25 minutes of worship. During this time, we encourage people to participate worship in a way that helps them some people use art or flag-waving to help them express themselves in worship. This is followed by a time of practical preaching and teaching. Once a month we share Communion with one another.
Every first second fourth and fifth Sunday at 10:45 AM for 1 hour

Grant us grace
0 Lord our God, grant us grace to desire Thee with our whole heart; that, so desiring, we may seek, and seeking find Thee; and so finding Thee may love Thee; and loving Thee, may hate those sins from which Thou hast redeemed us.
