St James welcomes Christians and those who seek to connect to Christianity in the Cross Roads area.

We aim to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-changing Christian journey.

We are a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God.

Our vision is to make an impact for God, here in Cross Roads, West Yorkshire by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds.

Everyone is welcome, no matter your age, beliefs, or background. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

St James Service Times

Holy Communion
This service is open to anyone who would like to attend. The church is moving to a more interactive style of worship and teaching.
Every first and third Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Every first and third Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Family Worship
A family worship service. Often a baptism takes place.
Every second fourth and fifth Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour
Holy Communion
This is a spoken, often experimental holy communion. Sometimes a celtic style is adopted.
Every fourth Sunday at 6:00 PM for 40 minutes
Monday
Side Door
Opportunity to meet with others for a social chat in the Church hall.
Every Monday at 10:00 AM for 2 hours
Wedding Inquiries
If you would like to get married at St James' then please come along to our Wedding inquiries evening. This is held at St Michael and All Angels, Haworth.
Every second Monday at 7:00 PM for ½ hour

Toddler Praise
Worship, songs, refreshments, and play for pre-schoolers and their "grown-ups".
Term time only.
Every Tuesday at 2:00 PM for 1 hour
Ladies Night

Midweek Communion
a short spokenHoly Communion lead by normally lead by one of the cluster clergy.

Church for those in Key Stage 3. It meets every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month during term time

Baptism Enquires
Anyone wishing to have their child baptised is welcome to join us at St Mary The Virgin in Oxenhope at 9:30am. The session starts off with breakfast then a discussion about baptism.
