St. Patrick's Parish in Nepean, Ontario is a Christian congregation serving the Nepean community and seeking, engaging, and encouraging others through a life-changing Christian journey.

At Exit #66 – take Fallowfield Road west
Continue on Fallowfield Road past Moodie Drive
Turn right on Steeple Hill Crescent (there is a United Church on the the corner)
Continue driving along Steeple Hill Crescent until you see St. Patrick’s Parish, Fallowfield on the right.
Take Highway 417 west to Highway 416 south
At Exit #66 – take Fallowfield Road west

Parking is available in the lot at the front of the church or in the lot behind the church. Please note the street signs regarding on-street parking.
