Leader Bio:
The Rev. Jody Balint has accepted the full-time Rector's position here at St. James and St. Brendan. Jody is a graduate of Humber College from the Child and Youth Counsellor program and worked for many years in Social Services. Her ministry journey over the past 20 years has given her a wide range of parish experiences, in a variety of settings.
Jody is a graduate of Trinity College, Toronto, obtaining her Master of Divinity degree in 2018. Presently, she is working on her Master of Theological Studies. Her passion for pastoral care, outreach, youth ministry, lay leadership training and support and preaching is evident in the ministry she exercises.
Jody is happily married to Michael, and, together, they have two amazing adult children. Jody is incredibly excited about coming to St. James and St. Brendan and she is looking forward to getting to know everyone. Â
