Who we are
Wherever you are in the journey of life and faith, Trinity Wall Street’s doors are open to you. Come to be inspired, to explore Christian faith in a broad-minded environment, and to deepen your connection with God and those around you.
Trinity Wall Street focuses on three major components of the journey of faith: Faith Inspiration, Faith Formation, and Faith in Action.
Faith Inspiration
What inspires you to seek God, to deepen your faith, or strengthen your connection with those around you? In life, inspiration comes in many forms and it’s that way at Trinity too. Here, gathering—whether it’s through worship services, music, a sermon, or a conversation with God or with others—means more than coming together; it’s a way of seeing God in community.
Faith Formation
What we choose to focus on shapes and forms us. Faith formation is about being conscious of what we pay attention to, and therefore who we’re becoming. Trinity programs give you the opportunity to shape your faith and spirituality by delving into Scripture, prayer, the Episcopal tradition, and other spiritual practices. It’s for everyone, across the lifespan – from Sunday School for children and youth to Trinity’s annual theological conference, Trinity Institute.
Faith In Action
Faith isn't just personal. At Trinity, we’re committed to social justice and peace – not just as ideals, but in practice. That’s what faith in action is all about: going beyond the church doors and living our ideals to heal a broken world. Trinity’s grant-making program supports the growth of sustainable churches on the African continent and advocates for children in NYC public schools. There are plenty of ways for you to get involved too -- whether it’s buying a Christmas gift for a child who wouldn’t otherwise receive one, preparing a Brown Bag lunch for a hungry neighbor, or teaching music to elementary school kids.

Help me to avoid every sin
Thanks to Thee, O God, that I have risen today, To the rising of this life itself; may it be to Thine own glory, O God of every gift, and to the glory, aid Thou my soul. With the aiding of Thine own mercy, even as I clothe my body with wool, cover Thou my soul with the shadow of Thy wing. Help me to avoid every sin, and the source of every sin to forsake, and as the mist scatters on the crest of the hills, may each ill haze clear from my soul, O God.
