Wellesley Parish Church Service Times

Our regular Sunday Service

is at 11am every week.

Our Young Church, for children from age 3 to 11 meet in the church hall at 10.45 a.m. and then join us for the first part of the service, before returning to the hall for stories, crafts, songs and games.

Our Minister leads our worship each Sunday, and involves the children in the first talk, as well as preaching a sermon in the second half of the service.

Our Organist, Joan Ferguson, plays the widely acclaimed organ each Sunday, although we also use the piano and other instruments at special services.

It's been more than 4 years since the last service times update. Please make sure to contact the church to confirm service times.

Sunday School / Children and Youth Activities

Under 12s:
Young Church

The YOUNG CHURCH meet every Sunday morning at 10.45am in the church hall and all children from age 3 are very welcome to be part of this group.

We join the church family for the first part of the service and then return to the church hall for stories, crafts and sharing together. Each June we do a display of the work we have done throughout the year, and it is amazing how much is achieved!   Edit
Under 18s:
Youth Fellowship

This group is for youngsters from P7 until end of High School. We meet on Sunday nights from 7 p.m. until 8.30 p.m. and enjoy daft games, discussions, activities and lots of food! We have had many trips out to places like Ryze, Jumpstation, Bowlplex and the pantomime. We also help raise funds for charities and the church and take part in services from time to time.

Teach me, O God, to use all the circumstances of my life to-day that they may bring forth in me the fruits of holiness rather than the fruits of sin. Let me use disappointment as material for patience: Let me use success as material for thankfulness: Let me use suspence as material for perseverance: Let me use danger as material for courage: Let me use reproach as material for longsuffering: Let me use praise as material for humility: Let me use pleasures as material for temperance: Let me use pains as material for endurance.
