Growing a Spirit filled community of all ages and walks of life, with every member working together, using their gifts to see people won to Christ, discipled and released into multiplying missional ministry, local and worldwide.

· Leadership. Empowering leadership and disciple making. Identifying, supporting, mentoring and coaching new people into ministry leadership that also empowers others.
· Teamwork. Working together in sustainable teams to fulfil a common vision.
· Engagement. Intentionally engaging our local community with a gospel ‘edge’.
· Organisation. Maintaining appropriate structures to support needs foster community.
