Who we are

Young Nak Korean Presbyterian Church of Toronto has been blessed with a history filled with God's grace. Our congregation has grown not only in numbers (from the first service with 86 worshipers to more than 4000 present day worshipers), but also to become a centrally missions oriented church. We are committed locally to ethnic and underprivileged community missions. We send short-term missionaries yearly to five countries. We support 55 missionaries and organizations, spanning 20 countries. We have adopted the Kyrgyz people as our main mission focus and continue to send short-term missionaries annually. And we are in the midst of building an orphanage in Cambodia to raise orphans as the next generation of leaders. We continue to pray that God would use our church to fulfill the Great Commission and that our history will truly be a part of His Story.

The power of Christian prayer Teach us to serve Thee
Teach us, good Lord, to serve Thee as Thou deservest: To give and not to count the cost; To fight and not to heed the wounds; To toil and not to seek for rest; To labour and not ask for any reward, save that of knowing that we do Thy will.
